Mark joined The Art Institute of California — Hollywood in April 0f 2007 as a part-time instructor. Over the last two years, he was promoted to full-time faculty status and more recently, in January 2009, he was promoted to the position of Academic Department Director for the Interior Design program.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a M.S. in Interior Design, Mark is a published author and the designer of a highly successful iPhone/iPod application called Mark On Call™. This application allows the user to create detailed floor plans to scale with the ability to skin (apply) actual fabrics, flooring and surfaces onto objects with photo realistic detail. Once the user captures these floor plans, they have the option of saving and emailing the floor plans in full scale to any PC along with a shopping list that will track the budget, the materials and all of the purchasing information within the application.
