Czarina works in design development, sketching fashions from concept to finish. She creates line sheets and CADs, and also trim and fabric development sheets which are sent to product development vendors. She works closely with sample makers, patternmakers, and trim vendors.

Czarina on following your dream to be a fashion designer: “Never let anyone take your dream away by telling you you’re not good enough or that you’re inexperienced. Believe in yourself and hold onto your dream, then work with all your heart, mind, and strength giving it your all and at the same time enjoying it because the fashion industry is really where your passion is.”

And what did she take away from her time at California Design College? “California Design College has taught me to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and work on both to better myself in this field.”
