Student Housing
art and design school students

The Art Institute of California—Hollywood, a campus of Argosy University has established School-Sponsored Housing for our students in apartment complexes in the area surrounding the school. Apartments are two-bedroom style, and include furniture.

Balconies, on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour security are just a few of the features of our housing. In addition, utilities such as electricity, water, gas and trash removal are also included in your monthly fee.

But there's more to housing than just the house itself – our complexes are located between one and three blocks from the school with grocery stores, several churches, banks, and a major hospital as well as numerous shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Our most distant complexes are within easy walking distance to public transportation.
