Jonathan Pavlica's passion for photography and the unique people he's met during his journey to capture photographic art led him to The Minneapolis Photo Center. The Center is a hub of local photographic talent and classes, allowing Jonathan to help others pursue their creativity. "I'm surrounded by what I love and love to do—it does not get any better than that," he states.

His job includes assisting in education classes, preparing gallery shows, and creating documents for upcoming classes, talks, and lectures. Jonathan additionally works on page layout designs and image integration for art show books. "I also handle the equipment and the studio space we rent out to our clients," he adds, mentioning that he finds time to fit freelance photography into his busy schedule.

Jonathan urges artists to follow their passion and admits that he feels lucky to work with fellow art lovers. "If you're not happy, find what it is you're happy doing and shoot for it," he recommends.
