Kristyn is the owner of her own company, Fresh Tomato Catering. Her job keeps her busy and constantly challenges her.
Creative inspiration
Kristyn states that her strong work ethic has been the most important part of her growth as a culinary professional. She asserts that this ethic has been more essential than “raw talent,” and that “ethics will get you where you want to go and keep you there.”
Getting out there
While still studying at The Art Institute of Colorado, Kristyn worked as a private chef. Her first job out of school was for a catering company, which provided the experience and inspiration needed for her to open her own catering business.
