The Art Institute of Washington, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, is located in the Rosslyn section of Arlington, VA, directly across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. Our urban campus is situated across the street from the Rosslyn Metro station, so students are a subway ride away from all that the city has to offer.

Arlington is perhaps best known as the home of the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. But northern Virginia is also known to industry giants like America Online and Gannett/USA Today. Our campus is fortunate to be surrounded by a vibrant business community that boasts both seasoned corporations and up-and-coming entrepreneurs. Arlington also has a culturally and ethnically diverse population that offers great variety in cuisine, cultural events and shopping. And, there's an extensive county park system with more than 80 miles of bicycle and jogging trails.
