Planning Your Visit to Creations
Reservations are no longer required for either lunch or dinner, although they are accepted for dinner. To make a reservation, email aiacreations@aii.edu, or call 770.689.4851 or (toll-free) 1.800.275.4242, extension 4851. Please include: the date and time of your requested reservation, the number in your party, and your telephone number. Your reservation request will be confirmed within two business days, as long as space is available. For same-day reservations, please call 770.689.4851. Please note that reservations are still required for special events.

Creations is open for Winter quarter on Thursdays and Fridays from January 28 through March 12, 2010. Creations will not be open for lunch on Friday, February 12.
Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Choose from an á la carte menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, entreés, and homestyle desserts. Take a look at the menu.
Dinner is served from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. The á la carte menu at dinner offers more than 20 internationally themed small plates priced at $3 to $6 each, perfect for sharing and tasting, as well as several internationally themed large plates and wonderful desserts. Take a look at the menu.

$30 per person per person plus any additional beverages, tax, and gratuity
Treat someone special to an early Valentine's Day treat with this four-course dinner that also includes a glass of sparkling wine.

ALS Association of Georgia Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction
Silent Auction and reception from 6 pm to 7 pm; Dinner at 7 pm
$65 per person plus tax and gratuity
Upper-level bachelor's degree students in the Culinary Arts Management program will create a special five-course dinner paired with three wines. A silent auction will be held from 6 pm to 7 pm. Partial proceeds benefit the ALS Association of Georgia in memory of Kevin Duffy, CEPC, CCE, AAC, former assistant chef director at The Art Institute of Atlanta.

Wine Pairing Dinner
Reception from 6 pm to 7 pm; Dinner at 7 pm
$80 per person per person plus tax and gratuity
On Saturday, March 13, upper-level bachelor's degree students in the Culinary Arts Management program will prepare an eight-course menu paired with four wines. The original menu will focus on a single unifying theme. A sparkling wine and hors d' oeuvres reception will be offered from 6 pm to 7 pm, with dinner served at 7 pm.

Wine Tasting: Biodiversity, Sustainability & South African Wines
$25 per person per person plus tax and gratuity
In addition to being widely recognized as a New World wine region, South Africa is home to the Cape Floral Kingdom, one of only six biodiversity sites in the world. This tasting will introduce you to the wine styles and varieties of South Africa. Throughout the evening, you will also come to understand the uniqueness of this country's wine industry - perhaps the only one in the world that universally embraces both quality and sustainability as its purpose. Led by Ophelia Santos, lead faculty member of the Food & Beverage Management program at The Art Institute of Atlanta, assisted by upper level sutdents in the program
