Wine Education from Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
Our wine education workshops are designed for hospitality industry professionals with little previous knowledge of alcoholic beverages – and for wine enthusiasts who would like to enhance their wine and spirits knowledge. You may choose single classes or take the series.
Students who enroll in the series have the option to take the exam for their WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certification in Wines and Spirits after the last class.

How would you describe a Shiraz versus a Merlot? Learn about the major grape varieties and the key wine producing regions of the world. You will also learn how to taste wine professionally using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting. This workshop is presented in partnership with Wine & Spirit Education (WSET), the largest global provider of wine and spirits education.

REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR WSET WORKSHOPS
Written requests for withdrawal via email, fax, or mail are required to request a refund.
- If a workshop is cancelled by the college, you will receive a full refund.
- If you drop a class before the first session, you will receive a refund of the workshop fee less a $50 administrative fee.
- If you drop the class after the first session and before the second session, you will receive a refund of tuition paid less $400 to cover books, materials and class attended.
- After the second class, there is no refund.
- If you enroll in a single session and drop the class before the session begins, you will receive a refund of the workshop fee less a $50 administrative fee.
- If you enroll in a single session, there are no refunds after the class begins.
