Art Hopkins, President of Macquarium Intelligent Communications, Commencement Speaker for The Art Institute of Atlanta Graduation

Art Hopkins, president of Macquarium Intelligent Communications, will be the keynote speaker at The Art Institute of Atlanta commencement ceremony, which is scheduled for 4 pm June 13, 2008, at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Recognized by Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry as one of its top technology innovators, Hopkins has over 17 years of experience as a leader and innovator in business and technology. Under Hopkins’ leadership, Macquarium Intelligent Communications has experienced exponential growth by developing highly respected user-friendly online experiences. Its clients include Best Buy, The Home Depot, The International Olympic Committee and Delta Air Lines. Hopkins is a member of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the W.E.B. DuBois Society and is a frequent contributor to CIO magazine.

The June Commencement Ceremony recognizes the academic achievement of winter and spring quarter graduates. Approximately 260 students from The Art Institute of Atlanta are candidates for bachelor of arts, bachelor of fine arts, bachelor of science or associate in arts degrees and diplomas.
