The Art Institute of Atlanta Names Joy McClure Senior Director of Admissions

ATLANTA (GA) – The Art Institute of Atlanta is proud to announce its new senior director of admissions, Joy McClure. In her new position, Ms. McClure will be responsible for new student recruitment and serve as the chief sales and marketing executive for the college.
“Joy comes to The Art Institute of Atlanta with over 14 years of admissions and sales experience,” said Janet S. Day, president of The Art Institute of Atlanta. “We are proud to have her join our team and look forward to her future contributions to the college.”
Immediately prior to joining The Art Institute, Ms. McClure was the vice president of admissions training at the Career Education Corporation, where she was responsible for training admissions staff at more than 80 campuses. She began her career at The Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago, one of The Art Institutes system of schools, and has also managed the admissions and marketing departments at Kendall College and American Intercontinental University.
Ms. McClure earned a BA in psychology and anthropology from Michigan State University and is currently a master’s degree candidate at Loyola University in their training and development program.
