MetroPointe Lofts

This community is available to all students

Four-bedroom, four-bath shared loft apartments
Individual rooms with private bath and separate locks for added privacy
Controlled access building with electronic door locks
Fully furnished, including washer, dryer, microwave, and all kitchen appliances - even a TV in every living room
Rent includes basic cable, local telephone, and high speed Internet ports in each bedroom (service is at an additional cost with an outside vendor of your choice)
Computer lab on-site, as well as study lounges with wireless Internet access
Activity center with pool table and big screen TV
Pool with large sundeck, basketball and beach volleyball courts fitness center
Scheduled free shuttle buses between the lofts and MARTA rail (Marta passes may be purchased at The Art Institute of Atlanta Supply Store)
Residents include students from other Atlanta colleges and universities

Dunwoody Place

This community is reserved for students 21 years of age or older.

Conveniently located just 3/10 mile from the college - a seven-minute walk
Fully furnished, including washer,dryer,microwave,and all kitchen appliances
Pool with deck, tennis courts, and fitness center
Controlled access gates
Free parking

Mount Vernon Place

This community is reserved for honors students. Students who have completed at least one quarter/semester at a college or university and have a 2.5 or higher GPA may apply.
