Services

Residence Life Office

The residence life office is located in room 138 at Metro Pointe, and includes the offices of the residence life coordinators and resident assistants. This office provides spare-key checkout, work order repair requests, multipurpose room reservations, package pickup, counseling, and assistance with roommate conflicts and academics. Students may also recieve assistance at the AiA campus.

Resident assistants live on-site, offering day-to-day supervision and guidance. Staff members track students' academic progress, facilitate roommate communication, assist in drafting roommate contracts, counsel students as needed, provide mental and physical health-related programs and seminars, and organize social events. Contact Student Affairs for Dunwoody Place and Windsor at Mount Vernon. Student Community Center, Computer Lab, and Amenities The Student Community Center, The Den, and Computer Labs are located at Mission Sandy Springs. Residents have full access to the swimming pool and fitness center within the established hours. A pool table, arcade, and board games are available at Metro Pointe.

Access Control

The access control system is designed to limit entry into the communities. Residents are provided with a key card that provides access to the communities at any time of the day or night. The key card is for the individual resident¹s use only and must not be given to any other person at any time.

Courtesy Officer

The officer patrols the grounds, supervises the security program, and presents crime-prevention programs to residents.
