The Art Institute of Atlanta Welcomes International Students!
The Art Institute is proud to host students from around the world who have chosen to study here. More than eighty international students from more than thirty countries are currently part of the student body. A full-time international student advisor assists students with visas and other needs such as immigration procedures, housing, medical insurance, and campus resources.
Regular social activities help international students feel at home. Students find opportunities to take part in social activities with other international students as well as American students. International students find many opportunities to learn about American culture and, of equal importance, American students have much to gain by getting to know international students and the cultures they bring with them.
Countries Represented as of Fall 2008:
Antigua & Bermuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, England, Germany, Haiti, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kenya, Korea, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, The Bahamas, Trinidad, Turkey, Venezuela, Vietnam.
