Lynn Hoffman , the first host of "VH1 Classic's All Request Hour" began her career in Boston, shortly after earning her degree in 1992 in Broadcasting.  She started out as a traffic/news reporter but was quickly hired as morning show host at WBMX "Mix 98.5."  From there it was on to New York City and MTV. 

She has co-hosted "Legends of Rock" with the Who's Roger Daltrey, and has shared the microphone and camera with such legends as The Doors, Donna Summer, Bonnie Raitt, Pat Benatar and Lisa Loeb.  

 In 2004 she began her own morning radio show on New York's WNEW.  She has also been seen on E! Entertainment television and her voiceover work can be heard around the country.
