The Registrar's Office helps you carry out all the decisions you will make about your academic program with your Academic Advisor and department Chair.

The Registrar's Office assists you with registration, provides course schedules, helps you obtain an official transcript and an enrollment verification form and helps you if you need to add or withdraw from a course or from the College.

Students and alumni, upon written request to the Registrar's Office, may obtain official copies of their transcripts.  Requests must include the student's signature which authorizes the release of this information.  All financial obligations to the Institute must be met to obtain official transcript copies.  A $3.00 fee will be charged for the first copy, and $2.00 for any additional copies that are ordered at the same time.
