All housing options have professional staff (Residence Life Coordinators or Resident Directors) and resident assistants living in the buildings. Staffs are present to act as a resource for students, provide educational and social programming, enforce policy, and to act as a liaison between the students and the host site. Each room will be furnished with a minimum of a bed, desk, desk chair, closet space and dresser for each student. Beds are twin, standard size. The Nora and Dexter Park Apartments also include a dining area table and chairs. Although the different housing sites may have their own unique rules, students are held accountable to the housing rules and regulations outlined in the housing agreement as well as the Student Conduct Code. There are mandatory building meetings at the beginning of each semester to outline unique rules for specific housing locations that may be set by each host site.

Hasting Hall

Hastings Hall was used as Northeastern University Housing for the last 30 years and Fisher College is occupying the level below ours. Single rooms (rooms are all different sizes and configurations, due to the nature of the building layout. There is one double room). All rooms have twin beds, standard size; not extra long. There is a bed, desk, closet and dresser in the room. There are shared/common bathrooms on each floor and one male bathroom, one female bathroom. Rooms have internet, cable, and phone lines; phone service is not provided by the college, but students may make their own arrangements. There is a common area lounge. There are no cooking facilities, but students may have a small dorm refrigerator and microwave. Laundry is located in the basement of the building (Coin or Card operated $1.25 wash, $1.25 dry). Students will be provided with a membership to the YMCA, which has a gym and a pool. There is 24-hour building security as well as floor entrance security. There is no college sponsored parking.

As these are single rooms, and not apartments –a meal plan will be provided through Northeastern University. The meal plans are valid at Levine Marketplace on the Northeastern University campus. The Levine Marketplace is open Monday – Thursday from 7am – 8pm, Fridays from 7am – 7pm and weekends from 8am – 7pm. Dining Services also offers a Bagged Meal Program designed for those students who don't have time to sit and eat due to a hectic schedule with school and/or work. Dining Services will pack your lunch for you; all you have to do is pick it up in the dining hall. Please see any of the managers at Levine Marketplace or Stetson West Eatery for more details about this time-saving program when you arrive at school.
