The Gallery at the Plaza is located at the intersection of Route 9 and Washington Street,
directly across from the Brookline Village "T" stop on the Green Line

Unlocking the Light (UTL) is an innovative, statewide arts
professional development program. Through residencies by
visual and performing artists, teachers working in Massachusetts
Department of Youth Services residential facilities learn to use
the arts to teach core academic subjects. Integrating the
arts into the curriculum promotes positive development and
improved achievement by engaging and motivating youth to
invest in themselves and their education. UTL is funded by a
grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
