CSI110 - Internet Technologies

Goal: This course introduces students to the Internet. Students learn about the various technologies that make communication and commerce over the Internet possible. During the semester, students create a basic web site using HTML and Adobe Photoshop and upload it using FTP. They also keep a blog (online diary) of their experiences online during the semester.

Assignment: Create a 5 page web site which explains a particular technology related to computer networking or the Internet. This web site introduces students to Cascading Style Sheets and provides a tutorial to help convert older web pages to the new standard.
