MM240 - Digital Compositing
Instructor: Sean Fitzroy

Goal: In the Digital Compositing class students use Adobe After Effects to create video projects that combine motion graphics, animation, and visual effects. Projects include creating a broadcast graphics package for a television program, designing and animating a DVD menu, and visualizing a technical process using animation. Projects combine real-world and synthetic elements using a variety of compositing techniques.

Assignment: Design and produce an animated graphics package for a fictional television show. Create graphics for titles, scene transitions, and an opening sequence which share a consistent look and reflect the content of the program.
