The Associate in Science degree program in Audio Production allows students to learn a basic skills set covering the fundamentals of various audio applications. Included are courses that require the student to produce projects that demonstrate their creative and technical abilities.

As a graduate of the Associate in Science program, you'll be prepared for entry-level employment in sound recording, television, radio, studio management, industrial and corporate audio visual, technical support, live sound reinforcement and other audio-related fields.

Graduation Requirements
To receive an Associate in Science in Audio Production, you must complete a minimum of 61 semester credit hours with 21 hours in general education courses with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. You must also receive a passing grade or credit for all required course work, meet portfolio or other requirements, complete a 80-hour internship or capstone project as outlined in the student handbook, and satisfy all financial obligations to The New England Institute of Art.
