Semester T-Passes: To purchase a Student Semester T- Pass Program, visit the Student Affairs Department, located on the first floor of the library building. Or, you may be able to finance your semester pass through your financial aid package - for this option, you must check with your Financial Aid Officer.

Order forms for the discount Semester Pass are available at both the Student Affairs Department and the Financial Aid Department

FALL Semester T passes (4-months Sept. - Dec.) can be purchased in July.
SPRING Semester T passes (4-months Jan. - April) can be purchased in November.

An announcement regarding the sale of semester T passes is sent to your NEiA email account. Watch for the announcement. The semester pass will save you 11% off the regular monthly pass price. If you have any doubts about which pass is best for you, please call the Pass Program at (617) 222-5218 or visit: www.mbta.com.

If you would like to include your T-pass in your financial aid package - you will need to speak directly with their Financial Aid Officer (FAO). Your FAO will assist you in determining as to whether or not you can include your semester MBTA pass, in your financial aid package. If a student qualifies, they should complete the Semester T-pass application with their Financial Aid Officer (FAO) and then send a copy of the application to the Student Affairs Department - so that the semester pass can be ordered.

If a student would like to pay for their semester pass with a check, credit card or cash - you should complete the Semester T-pass application and return the completed form to the Student Affairs Department. You will then be directed to make your payment at the student accounts department.

The Semester MBTA program requires full payment, when ordering the semester pass. The College does not replace lost or stolen MBTA passes. Students who purchase the semester pass and later withdraw from the college or choose not to use their T-pass, cannot receive a refund for the semester pass or the months not used.

For more information about the Semester T pass, please contact the College Bookstore at: 617.582.4540.
