Student Housing

Welcome to College Sponsored Housing at The New England Institute of Art. College-sponsored housing can be a place for you to develop into the person you want to be, make life long friends, create professional, academic and personal support networks and have a great college experience.

We offer housing to students on a first come, first served basis. When possible, we try to match students with roommates based on individual preferences and living styles. Our live-in staff, which includes a Director of Residence Life, Residence Life Coordinators and a student staff of Resident Assistants, provides academic, social and personal support to students.

College sponsored housing includes furnished accommodations, utilities - including heat, hot water, electric, basic cable television, and internet connection. Telephone service is not included as most students utilize their personal cell phones. Air conditioning is available in some housing units. Parking is available at only the Artists Village location.

Each housing location is staffed by professional housing staff as well as a security staff. Security personnel in each housing location are not employees of The New England Institute of Art.
