Student Housing
Student Housing

Welcome to College-sponsored Housing at The New England Institute of Art. College-sponsored housing can be a place for you to develop into the person you want to be, make lifelong friends, create professional, academic and personal support networks and have a great college experience. Living in College-sponsored housing also allows students to participate in residence life programs, and for many students – allows the opportunity to live away from home for the first time – while not having to immediately take on the responsibilities of independent apartment style living.

We believe learning that occurs outside of the classroom can often be as valuable as learning that takes place in an academic setting. Experiences outside the classroom include developing close relationships with diverse individuals, enhancing leadership skills, assuming personal responsibility, building character and discipline, and forming a better understanding and genuine acceptance of the many races, cultures, religions, and nationalities that comprise the academic community at NEIA and beyond. Our residence halls are staffed with highly talented and trained staff who work diligently to build community and support students in all aspects of their college lives.

Looking for a few reasons to choose college-sponsored housing?

  • All costs may be incorporated into your student financial plan
  • Opportunities to meet other students
  • Supportive staff living in the building with you
  • All living costs incorporated into one bill (no monthly bill)
  • Have a roommate without the search
  • Campus housing is located in close proximity to the MBTA “T” and is convenient to retail, grocery stores, restaurants and opportunities for part-time employment.

We hope that you will consider College-sponsored housing when choosing your housing options. For more information and cost, please contact us at 1.617.582.4407.
