The Art Institute of Charleston is a relatively new branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta. The Art Institutes system at large has a long tradition of preparing students for careers by providing a challenging educational environment that responds to changing technologies. The college is proud of its history of providing graduates with the creative and technical skills demanded by today’s employers. Our educational model concentrates on a more applied learning approach. In fact, our faculty are required to be actively employed in the fields in which they teach. Therefore, they understand real-world demands and know the needs of the marketplace.
