The Art Institute of Charleston and BB&T Present the Bobby Flay Ultimate Burger Demonstration at the BB&T Charleston Food + Wine Festival, March 5-8, 2009
(Charleston- September 18, 2008) The Art Institute of Charleston helps to bring the Food Network's Bobby Flay to Charleston for an ultimate Burger Demonstration at the 2009 BB&T Charleston Food + Wine Festival. The demo, for an audience of 500, will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Main Tent at Marion Square in downtown Charleston.
Culinary students at The Art Institute of Charleston will have the opportunity to cook on-stage and assist critically-acclaimed chef/restaurateur and Food Network television personality Bobby Flay. After recently opening Bobby’s Burger Palace in Lake Grove, New York, he has gathered all the ingredients for this classic staple and will share with you the secrets to creating the perfect gourmet burger.
