Creative people require creative careers. As we move ahead in the 21st century, our world is more visual and dynamic than any time in history. There are more career opportunities in creative fields than ever before. The Art Institute of Charlotte leads the way to these opportunities.

Our solid, innovative programs prepare students for employment in some of the most rewarding creative fields out there. Nearly every career opportunity in the creative arts is represented. Some of our programs focus on design and media arts, others concentrate on fashion and culinary arts. These programs have been developed by The Art Institutes system of schools with an eye toward tomorrow's careers and combine almost five decades of educational experience.

Students utilize industry-related equipment and learn from experienced educators and professionals. The school is in session year-round and, depending on the program, students graduate in 21 to 36 months with either an associate's or bachelor's degree in their chosen field. Certificate programs are also offered.

Attending The Art Institute of Charlotte means there's an interesting interaction between students of like creative minds but of different creative  interests and goals. You may find interior design, graphic design, and fashion  students hanging out together in the student café.
