Student Housing

The Art Institute of Charlotte’s Housing and Residence Life program offers students quality accommodations in an attractive apartment community at an affordable cost. Student housing also provides the unique opportunity to live in an environment with other students who share similar academic experiences and interests. Residence Life staff are available to provide information, guidance and social opportunities.

Housing students reside in apartment communities just a few miles from the campus. Most of the communities are gated. A shuttle service transports housing students to and from campus Monday through Saturday. Each apartment is spacious and comfortably accommodates two students per bedroom. Floor plans include 2 and 3 bedrooms. The apartments are furnished with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, utilities (electricity and water), furniture and ample storage.

Apartments also include amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, car-care center, and detached garage (at an additional fee).
