Culinary Students to Square Off in Almost Famous Chef Competition

WHAT: The International Culinary School at The Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago is set to host the 6th Annual S. Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef North Central Regional Competition. Top culinary students from around the region will be given two hours to create their unique signature dishes. They will be judged by renowned chefs as well as culinary media representatives. Guests will also have an opportunity to sample the cuisine.
WHO: Alan Krueger and Timothy Michael are representing The International Culinary School at The Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago in the competition. Five other tops students from culinary schools in the region will also compete.
