The Illinois Institute of Art — Chicago has two campus locations on the first floor of the Mart Center at 350 N. Orleans and at 180 N. Wabash in the Loop. Each location has an art gallery for exhibitions, lecture rooms, computer labs, a student lounge and administrative offices. The Mart Center has the Library, the Academic Learning Center, and an Interior Design resource center.

The College Learning Center is a well used resource. Faculty offer nearly 75 hours of tutoring per week. Students may sign up for group or private sessions.
