The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago is committed to providing qualified students with a disability an equal opportunity to access the benefits, rights and privileges of college services, programs and activities in compliance with The Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago offers accommodations and support services to students with disabilities. The Counselor serves as the Disability Services Coordinator. The Disability Services Coordinator assists qualified students with disabilities in acquiring reasonable and appropriate accommodations and in supporting their success at The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago.

Notifying The Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago that you have a disability is optional. However, if you are requesting a disability-related accommodation, we need as much advance notice as possible. Formal written documentation of your disability may be required. Guidelines outlining the documentation requirements may be obtained from the Disability Services Coordinator.
