Part-Time Employment

One of the goals of the Career Services Department at The Art Institute of Ohio — Cincinnati is to help students gain part-time employment while attending The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati . Career advisors are available to help students obtain general part-time jobs around the city, as well as field-related employment and internships for upper division students.

Students attending The Art Institute of Ohio — Cincinnati enjoy access to employment leads, job fairs, internships, and on-campus visits from companies seeking new employees. The Career Services staff also provides students with interview training and tips, such as dress code, questions to ask, professional etiquette, and mock interviews. The department also provides moral support and positive reinforcement to students who are ready to enter the job market after graduation. As students approach graduation, the Career Services staff reviews and critiques each student's résumé and portfolio, and counsels them on corporate hiring processes and salary negotiation skills.
