About Student Housing

School Sponsored Housing: Somerset at Deerfield and Waterford Place
Both Somerset and Waterford are located near one of the most vibrant shopping, entertainment, business and hotel districts in the city. Both are accessible by school-sponsored transportation and are within walking and biking distance to the college.

Somerset and Waterford also offer many amenities for our students, including swimming pools, a sand volleyball court (Somerset only), tennis courts, a fitness center, walking trails, and business center with high-speed Internet access.
