Designers Statement:
Hello my name is Lang Dobson. In my heart and soul, I am a graphic designer. I love what I do! Many have the job title of graphic designer, but they do not live and breath the art of graphic design. I do, and that’s the reason why I want to enter the graphic design field. I feel that I have a talent to contribute to the world. I want to be able to show the world my skills and receive reviews that my work is "great," "unique," and "eye catching." I look forward to emphasizing the great beauty and soul of every living thing through my work.
Design Concept
My design concept is a small window from a dream. Have you ever been in a place were you felt bored, sad, or unhappy? If you have, you know that when you close your eyes and think of something you love, you can enter your own world. In the world that I live, a world that can sometimes be confusing or depressing and somewhat dim, my escape is art. When art and life combine, your imagination can take you on a great trip to a world where you will always be free, a world filled with colors and lines, and equipment to express your emotions through every curve and detail. Expressing yourself through art and the world of your imagination can transform you and is the reason why life is better with art in it!
