Culinary Students for the Cure

On October 18, Chef Steve Pilat and eight culinary students volunteered their time and talent for a breast cancer fundraising dinner, "Simply the Breast." They cooked a multi-course dinner for 200 people! Chef Pilat even dyed chef's coats pink for the event.

Many of the dinner attendees will be walking in the upcoming Breast Cancer 3-Day in November. AiDallas faculty members also donated items to the silent auction, making for a very successful event.
