The Director of Residence Life and Housing assists students with their housing options. The Student Housing department offers:

The Art Institute of Dallas contracts with The Falls at Highpoint to provide housing to students who wish to live in an environment with other Art Institute of Dallas students. The Office of Residence Life and Housing places students according to dislikes and likes, study habits, academic level and program. At the Falls at Highpoint all kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Students may bring additional appliances, as deemed necessary. The Apartment, however, has limited space for additional furniture. Therefore students must obtain approval from the Office of Residence Life PRIOR to bringing additional furniture items.
The Falls at Highpoint has many amenities which include swimming pools, barbeque & picnic areas, a fitness center, media and clothes care facilities. Each unit is equipped for a washer/dryer hook-up if students wish to provide equipment at their own expense. The Office of Residence Life and Housing employs two Residence Life Administrators and six Resident Assistants. These assistants live on-site, administer bi-weekly inspections, plan activities and provide assistance and support whenever needed.
