Designs banner ads, mini-sites, sweepstakes websites, e-mail campaigns and movie promotions 

Worked as a Web Designer for four years and then began taking on project management responsibilities at Starz 

Next step: Developing and proposing a two-year training plan to acquire management experience as an Assistant Director of IT. 

THE ROAD TO SUCCESS:
Prior to graduation was hired as a contractor for Starz. “I was hired based on the experience I obtained from The Art Institute of Colorado—a year-and-a-half later, I was hired as a full-time employee.”

ADVICE FOR STUDENTS:
“Do not wait for ‘things’ to happen, because nothing comes easy. As a graduate, you have to put yourself out there in the right opportunities, in the right places…Network. The more people you meet and establish relationships with, the more opportunities you will have. Dedicate yourself and do not give up.”
