Need to obtain an official or unofficial transcript from The Art Institute of Colorado? Use the link below to download our Transcript Request Form. Print the form, fill it out completely (including student signature), FAX the completed and signed form to 1.303.824.2185, and mail in a check to pay for the official transcript fee. Or, mail the completed form with official transcript fee to: Registrar's Office, Attn: Transcripts, 1200 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO 80203-2172. There is a $5.00 fee for each official transcript ordered. Checks should be made out to The Art Institute of Colorado. Please provide the complete address of each transcript recipient and allow one week for processing your request. Emailed requests cannot be accepted.
