The Art Institute of Colorado has a parking garage located at the 1200 Lincoln Street campus. Our goals are to provide a safe and well-maintained parking facility, provide increased customer service, provide parking enforcement that promotes voluntary compliance with parking regulations, and employ a proactive parking plan to prepare for the school’s increased parking needs. The garage is self-managed which has allowed us to proactively patrol the lot and aggressively ticket vehicles that are not authorized to park in our garage.

Our parking garage has limited space and as our school continues to grow, the parking situation will continue to be an issue so we highly encourage you to use alternative transportation. While The Art Institute of Colorado does not provide a mass transit pass for all students, RTD monthly passes are available for sale in Student Affairs, Room 220. Students who park in our parking garage are required to get stickers from Student Affairs which are free of charge. The stickers identify your vehicle as affiliated with The Art Institute of Colorado and prevent it from being ticketed or towed for parking in our private garage. Students are required to pay for parking. The cost for parking is $2.00 per hour, $5.00 a day, and $3.00 from 5 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. All parking is paid at the pay station on the top level. Visitor and handicap parking also is available.
