The Towers is committed to our students’ success by providing a supportive, quality living and learning environment. We provide a foundation for a positive school experience through our living options, professional staff, variety of services and welcoming community. Located in the residential Mayfair neighborhood approximately 15 minutes from downtown Denver, The Towers has 109 residential apartment units which can accommodate up to 300 students. Because of our supportive environment, many first-year students find that living in school-sponsored housing helps make it easier to transition to college living. Benefits and amenities at The Towers include:

In order to qualify for school-sponsored housing at The Towers, students must be accepted and enrolled in The Art Institute of Colorado, and sign their completed Student Financial Plan which includes the cost of housing.

Please fill out the application, roommate questionnaire and pay the $300 housing deposit in order to complete your reservation.
