Parking Information and Costs
The Art Institute of Colorado located at 1200 Lincoln has convenient student parking located on site. The Parking Structure located north of the 1200 building has hourly/daily rate spaces located on the two upper levels. The rates for these spaces are as follows:
Daily: $5.00
Hourly 7am 4pm: $2.00 per hour
After 4pm: $3.00 for the evening.
All rates are for one time parking only, if you leave and return you are required to pay again for parking.
Parking is also available across the street at 1200 Broadway Lot. The hourly/daily rate spaces are located close to the school on the Lincoln Street side of the Lot. The rates for these spaces are as follows:
Daily: $4.50
Hourly 7am 5pm: $2.00 per hour
After 5pm: $5.00 for the evening.

FROM THE NORTH: Take I-25 south to Alameda. Take a left at the top of the ramp. Take Alameda to BROADWAY and turn right. There will be a Sam's Club and a Wendy's on your right as you head south. You'll travel about 5 blocks and just past Center St., you will take a right into a business parking area, under a large marble entryway. The Culinary School, at 675 So. Broadway, is to the west. Park anywhere, and come into the front door. The Admissions Department is on the right as soon as you enter the building.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-25 north to the Lincoln/Broadway exit, 207-A. You'll want to get into the left hand lanes of this one way street, which is 4 lanes wide. You'll travel 2 blocks to Center St., and make a left. At Broadway (1 block), take another left and get into the right hand lane. You will turn into a business shopping center parking area.
The Culinary School, at 675 So. Broadway, is to the west. Park anywhere, and come into the front door. The Admissions Department is on the right as soon as you enter the building.
FROM THE WEST: Take 6th Avenue east in to Denver. At Broadway, take a right. You'll travel about 18 blocks south on Broadway; make certain to stay in the right hand lanes. You'll see a Sam's Club and a Wendy's on the right. As you pass Center St., prepare to take a right into a business parking lot with marble uprights, about ½ block from Center. The Culinary School, at 675 S. Broadway, is to the west. Park anywhere, and come into the front door. The Admissions Department is on the right as soon as you enter the building.
FROM THE EAST: Take Alameda Ave. west to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and travel 5 blocks south to Center St. (You will have passed a Sam's Club and a Wendy's on the right.)
