Alumni Exhibit - Call for Entries
August 1 - September 27, 2007
Directions 07 - Showcasing your creative journey.
We're looking for outstanding commercial and fine art work that shows how you earn your livelihood. This is a juried show. We require sample submissions for approval and may refuse work that doesn’t fit our criteria. We will do our best to accommodate those interested in participating. We will hang one piece per artist, more if space is available. Due to space restrictions, we may not be able to accept every piece of artwork.
To have your samples considered for the
show they must be submitted by June 25.

Graphic, Print, Fine Art, Photography,
Industrial Design,
Interior Design, Fashion
Samples:
Show us one to three examples
of work via digital image, photograph, or
Web site, numbered in order of preference.
Please do not submit the artwork itself at
this time.
Artwork guidelines:
- Those selected for the show must present
their art no later than July 27.
- Each piece must be gallery-ready (either
framed or neatly mounted)
- Artwork must not exceed 40" x 60" and
be no smaller than 11" x 14" (if it does not
meet these guidelines, contact us before
June 29). Three-dimensional pieces
should be of comparable size.
Animation, Video, Visual Effects & Motion Graphics
Samples:
Reels are due no later than July 13th, digital format preferred.
Artwork guidelines:
- Those chosen must have their work to us
by July 13 for looping.
- Multimedia entries should be selfcontained
and able to be displayed on a
PC computer monitor in the art gallery.
- Video submissions should be in digital
format and not exceed five minutes.
Videos will be looped by The Art Institute
of Colorado and we will create title
graphics.
Web Design
Contact Shandra Botello with a link or links
to your Web site by June 25.
Culinary
We welcome your ideas. Participate
with a menu or other material for gallery
display — or take part in our "GRAPE
ESCAPE" wine event on September 8,
2007. Please contact Shandra Botello
before June 25.
