Weekend Winewerks
Workshop Description:
Take a journey with Ralph Dobson, The Art Institute of Colorado's Advanced Sommelier, covering the noble art of wine tasting and food paring.
These courses will be offered from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturdays, starting February 4th 2006 for more information and schedule contact Jim Skeen. (303) 824-4737
Cost per workshop is $75.00, group discounts are available. The charge covers wine, food and parking.
Classes will be held on the Culinary Campus 675 S. Broadway in the Design Center, SW Corner. Parking is free.
Wine Basics 101
- Introduction to wine at it's most basic levels: Noble whites and reds,
key growing regions, New and Old world concepts
