Student Housing - Rules and Regulations

Rules and regulations at Sunrise Hall East and West are established and enforced by the Housing staff to protect the residents’ safety and to ensure their well-being and comfort.

Students utilizing housing are required to a sign a license agreement which includes a list of rules/regulations and expectations for all housing students. All students agree to adhere to The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's Student Code of Conduct in addition to the housing rules/regulations within the signed license agreement. These rules are strictly enforced and students will be held accountable for any violations.
