The Art of Cooking diploma program at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, a cooking school, is focused on fundamental skills, cooking techniques, and food science. Each cooking class is taught by a qualified instructor, and you will have the opportunity to learn culinary techniques, sanitation and safety, baking and pastry, and menu planning.
