Shuttle Service
The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale provides shuttle service from housing to the school Monday-Friday from 6:30am to 11:00pm. The shuttle also provides service to Publix (grocery store). This service is provided free of charge to all housing residents. Detailed shuttle schedules are located in the Housing office and at the school bookstore.

Meal Plan
For your convenience we offer a flexible Meal Plan which is served at our Main Building Café "Tropical Grill" and the "Harborwalk Cafe." The plan offers dining options Monday – Thursday from 7:30am to 8:00pm and Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm. The Meal Plan offers the flexibility of eating when you want and what you want at an affordable cost. Both establishments offer a variety of menu items as well as a daily special, all of which are prepared by our professional foodservice staff. For your convenience, the Meal Plan may be purchased by cash, check credit card or may be included in your financial plan. The Meal Plan options per quarter are: $450, $300, $150. Students not interested in the Meal Plan can also purchase items from both cafes using cash and credit card.

Activities/Clubs and Organizations
The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's Department of Housing and Residence Life hosts a series of cultural, educational, and entertaining activities on campus as well as off-site programs like skating and bowling. The campus is located approximately two miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale and less than a mile from two movie theaters. The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale also offers student clubs such as: SGA (Student Government Association), GSA (Gay Straight Alliance), RHA (Resident Hall Association), and much more.
