The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award bachelor’s degrees, associate’s degrees, and diplomas. ACICS is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education. The Associate of Science in Culinary Arts degree is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of The American Culinary Federation.

The Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management degree is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of The American Culinary Federation.

The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale is approved for the training of veterans and eligible veterans’ dependents and is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.
