Bachelor of Science - 12 Quarters
Using digital video and audio equipment, students in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production create sophisticated projects, with a wide array of content ranging from commercials and short news pieces to longer-form digital films and documentaries. Students gain a basic understanding of delivery media, including broadcast, cable, broadband, the Internet, CD, DVD, and digital theaters, and design each project specifically for distribution via one of these media.
Graduates of the Digital Filmmaking & Video Production Bachelor of Science degree program are prepared for entry-level opportunities such as assistant video producer, digital film production assistant, digital camera operator, nonlinear editor, assistant sound designer, and scriptwriter. The length of the program is twelve [12], eleven [11] week quarters.
