Housing Information

The Housing Department is dedicated to the task of helping students meet their housing needs throughout their stay at the college. Living arrangements are important to the student’s well-being and success. The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (AiFL) offers supervised housing and independent housing referrals. The school-sponsored, supervised housing facilities are close to the college and are available to those students who prefer a more traditional, residential life environment. These facilities allow for easy access to beaches, boating, parks, and shopping. They provide a community of students with similar goals sharing in variety of cultural and educational interests and activities. The facilities are supervised 24 hours a day.

Additionally, independent housing information and roommate referrals are available. AiFL is a member of the International Association of College and University Housing Officers. For more information, please see the Dean of Student Affairs.
