Any student whose name, address, email or phone number changes while attending The Art Institute of Houston must notify the Registrar's Office. This will enable the school to keep students better informed of events, notices, and changes occurring at The Art Institute of Houston.

Name changes require two types of legal identification with the new name along with a Student Information Update form (reflecting the name change).

Marriage License
Divorce/Separation Decree
Court Order
Naturalization Card
Social Security Card

List B
Driver's License or ID Card
ID Card Issued by Federal or State
The Art Institute of Houston ID Card
US Military ID & Dependent's ID Card
US Coast Guard Mariner Card
Native American Tribal Document
ID Card of Resident Citizen
US Passport
