Student Housing
Community
- Make new friends with others who share your creative interests.
- Enjoy the opportunity to participate in organized trips, as well as activities with the Resident Life Council.
- Two Resident Life personnel, employed by The Art Institute of Houston, live on site. Reasonable rules and regulations are established and enforced for the safety and control of all.
Convenience
- Approximately 200 students live at The Park at Voss, a controlled access apartment complex minutes from The Art Institute.
- Laundry rooms are available in every building. Cash cards are available for your convenience.

- Minutes from shopping, with easy access to culture and entertainment in Houston
- Cook at home, eat out, or take advantage of value-priced food at the Grab-N-Go deli on The Art Institute campus.
Comfort
- All apartments are carpeted and partially furnished. Utilities are provided, including water, electricity, gas, waste water, and trash.
- The complex features a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, large spa and theatre room.
- Complimentary Sunday brunch provided by The Park. Service subject to change.
- Apartments are equipped with peep-holes, dead-bolt locks, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
Cost
- Competitive rates
- The most common housing arrangement is a two bedroom apartment shared by four students. Double and single student apartments are limited.
- The cost of housing may be included in your financial plan for eligible students.
- Students will sign a nine month lease. Leases are renewable every nine months if you are in good standing with both housing and financial services.
