Courses Restaurant & Deli
Enjoy delicious lunches or dinners prepared by aspiring chefs under
the direction of chef instructors. This hands-on experience plays an
important role in the development of future culinary leaders. Our students
only gain this valuable experience through the helpfulness of our friends in the community.
Lunch is served in Courses Mondays through Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Reservations
are suggested at 1.713.353.3644. We can also schedule meetings and special events for
up to 45. Our chefs and instructors will be Ms. Shelley Clark and Chef Ewart Jones, Sr.
on Monday and Tuesday and Ms. Emily Burnett and Chef Tommy Child on Wednesday and Thursday.
Dinner is served in Courses on Saturday night, with reservations being taken from
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ms. Tamika Figgs and Chef Tommy Child will work with our
students to provide a 6-course table d'hôte menu that will change weekly.
Wine service is not included with the dinner, and alcoholic beverages may not be brought to The Art Institute campus.
