Courses Restaurant & Deli

COURSES RESTAURANT
Enjoy delicious lunches prepared by aspiring chefs under the direction of chef instructors. This hands-on experience plays an important role in the development of future culinary leaders.

Lunch is served in Courses Mondays through Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Reservations are suggested at 1.713.353.3644. We can also schedule meetings and special events for up to 45.

Dear Friends of Courses:

We are pleased to announce that Courses is once again offering Saturday evening dining service. Chefs Jon Alford and Stephen Griffin will partner with the A la Carte Kitchen students to prepare and serve a five-course table d'hôte menu that will change weekly.

Wine service is not included with the dinner, and alcoholic beverages may not be brought to The Art Institute campus. Reservations are required, and seating times are on the quarter hour from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Can't stay and eat? Why not pick up something at our Grab-N-Go Deli? Fresh sandwiches, soups and salads are offered and look for daily specials. Deli hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
